AM- Normal morning with the boys then added some on my own. Not trying to stress about miles for the week but sneak some in while I can. 5.59 miles

PM- Out by PVMS (prison or paradise?) with the girls. Talked about hernias with Jordyn. Hit some strides. Threw the frisbee around and dominated sprinter Gaige.  4.63 miles
