Today was the first exposure to heat since XC. I forgot how much it wears you down. Started out really slow then after we stopped at Artic Circle I ran fast back.

2 mile warm-up

8 400s in the wind. The 1st, 4th, and 8th were at mile goal pace, the rest at pace now. I kind of wish I ran 2 more just because all day I was expecting 10.

3 AC this morning with BY, FRE, Austin, and Willy. Ran from some sprinklers and got WAY cold!

I was tired but I just kept pushing with the help of Jeff for the most part. I think I ran my fastest AT time today even with the wind.

EASY DAY Mile warm-up. Ran an easy 5 with BY,FRE, WILLIS, and COWBOY TROY. We spent a lot of the time kicking a tennis ball around until Willy ruined it.

I thought the team was going to run at 9 but it turned out to be 8. So I slept in and ran on my own at about 1 pm.

I was way mad after the Suns lost in Double OT and didn't want to run, but I did anyways. I ran with my brother for the first 2 miles but he was dying so I left and moved up into the Green Springs desert.
