Ran out while M and T walked. I did a series of 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min, 4 min, 4 min, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec at race pace. walked with the family at the beginning and end. 5.07 miles

Wanted to go under 15 for 2 miles so I did 1 minute intervals to make sure I was moving fast enough. 2.09 miles/7:24 mi
