Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Did my first mile since having screws in my legs. Took about 30 minutes.
My Stake President wants me to be able to walk 3 miles before I go back to my mission. So I went and pounded out a 5k. Not sure if I was ready. Later I watched PV at Pre-Region.
