AM: Ran around setting up and cleaning the time trial course. My calf is bugging so I’ll ice and massage. Saw some good racing out there today. 2.42 miles

I was really struggling with my calf this morning. I couldn't do the warm ups (butt kickers, scott kicks) without some intense pain.  I am going to ice and take some time off.  The crew had a really good workout where they were unified so I can at least be excited about that.
