Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran part of the VRRT by Webster flat. Then I ran a little in a down pour with the Hawks and a friend.
Living on Cedar Mtn with PVXC. Ran the Navajo Loop by myself then easy 25 minutes with the XC crew.
AM: Back on the VRRT with Tyler, JD, Landon, and Jaron. 5 miles
PM: Easy run with the same ol crew. 2.4
Ran around my cabin area and stalked some bucks.
I backed out of Parowan half.....
Ran 8.5 with my Dad up and around Duck Creek. Then a couple of hours later I ran 3.03 around my Cabin.
