Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran 3 miles on a beach in Mexico and I'm pretty sure I scared all the Mexicans by doing so.
Ran out to Coral Canyon and back.
Ran a sucky uphill trail on Pine Valley. It was too much for me to handle. I only made 3.5 up (and walked a lot). Then the return on the downhill was almost worse because I kept slipping.
