Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Easy paced 9. I ran really late but suceeded in avoiding the heat.
AM: Easy hot 4.
Run out to Hell Hole with my Dad. We swam in the river to cool down and saw the PV XC crew.
Decent paced 6 with the XC crew. Good to be running with a team again.
