Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran an easy but painful 6 mile loop. I tweeked my ankle but it should be alright.
Ran out to Hell hole and through Washington fields and back home. Super hot but I survived.
Ran an anaerobic threshold. Did 2 miles fast with a 5:59 first mile
