Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
AM: Dirt mile tempo (10 minutes) with Caleb, Boston, Jason, Ethan, Landon, and Gabe. 4:18
PM: Hiked Hell Hole with my bro and nephew then ran home from there. 4.01
AM: 30 minutes up towards Maverick. 3.96
PM: 4.12 run in Moes Valley.
AM: 40 with Josh, Boston, Isaac, and Landon. 4.69
AM: .87 run to Middleton park.
3.89 trail with Gabe and Collin.
.89 run home
PM: Tested out my new Hoka instincts. Felt pretty good. 3.14
