Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Nice late run. My goal this week is to run everyday except Sunday and put up 25-30 miles
Ran 6 in 48:04, felt sick but besides that it was an ok run.
Never realized how important breathing in running is until now. Ran a late one to try and be like the WBR runners.
