I tested the waters at the beginning to see where I was going to stack up. I might have started out a little fast, considering the shape I am in. I raced well for the lack of mileage I have been putting in.  It felt good to push the pace. I got progressively slower but I kind of expected that. I am finally getting back into it.

Did a shake out run on Cedar Mountain. I felt really tired and actually liked bush whacking more than following a trail. Found a bunch of deer.
