Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran in the morning then ran and hiked in the virgin river by the gorge
Ran out by the fields
Ran a loop to the hospital and then over foremaster to visit my lady.
I think the world doesn't want me to run. I have been feeling sick. I ran home after helping my dads ward take down flags.
