Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran 20, stopped at 10 to stretch.
Don't remember too much, only that I ran a little.
Ran 12 up towards Green Springs, stretched, and then back to the school. My leg was reallly hurting towards the end. I am very frustrated.
