Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran from Dana Point to San Clemente pier. Everything felt fine until about 4 1/2 miles into the run but then my calf had the same problems. Beautiful run close to the beach though.
I went mountain biking with my Dad but his bike got a flat. So we kind of took turns running and biking.
