Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Relaxed loop 4 miler with my Dad. Still feeling some tightness in the calves but I won't do anything to dangerous on them for a while.
I was going to just walk or jog but I felt better than I thought I would. Ran up and over Foremaster.
