Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Just ran around out on diagonal and what not.
Ran on the Riverside trail.
7. 7:07 (ran the last mile on grass, felt good to run my fastest mile last in slow grass)
ran to play frisbee
Ran the road out in Browse. I ran the last about 2.75 in 17:58. I bet it was closer to 3. I had a lot of downhill.
