Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran my coral canyon loop with Shark, Skyler, Jenecee and Bri.
I ran 2.5 to try and loosen up my legs, kind of worked. Then I ran Ice House with Jenecee, Shark, and Skyler.
Ran to a Dixie State game and back. I added a tempo half up hill mile at 6:33 mile pace.
Wanted to run 10 settled for a slower 8.
Ran out above Grafton to the Eagle Crag trail with the R Man.
