Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran Dino Cliffs with Roberts and some track stars. It was fun to get out and run with only some wheezing and coughing.
6 1 minute intervals (3 @ Tempo, 3 @ Threshold) . Sat out 1
5 30 second intervals @ CV
6 1 minute intervals (3 @ Threshold, 3 @ Tempo). Sat out 1
Only ran 2 miles because my achilles was hurting. I went home and iced.
Notba great week of running but I progressed from last week.
