Marathon: 3:13 (STG 12)
Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Washington slow and by myself then met up with some of the crew. Then ran the last .75 I ran with Bentley with a 1 minute pick up.
Felt tired and beat up so I took it easy. I'll do more yoga and stretching.
Sluggish at first then came flying down Mustang Pass with Cartee and Carson.
Slow up hill running into Green Springs then some good downhill running with Tavin and Carter.
Hill circuit for the kids. Normal slow running for me.
