Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
I don't like running in the cold and keep having leg problems but I think I am coming out of it and I just need to stretch more.
I did an anaerobic threshold. With a mile and a quarter warm up, 2 hard(probably around a 6:10 pace), and a mile and a half cool down.
Ran an easy 4
Ran 9 miles of the new STG Half Marathon course.
