Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran a little on the AZ strip with Maritza.
Ran the Bloomington Loop! Just took it slow. My goal is to take it slow but get going each day.
Did some hard core (for me) workout with some of the xc kids. It kicked my butt, running after was difficult.

Last run of the year. Hit a snowy road in Spanish Fork. Looking forward to an injury free 2019!
