I drank OJ and rested as much as I could to get healthy and well for this race. I did a really good job but Cedar was super windy and cold. So I became even more sick after running a slow paced race.

PM: Ran 4 to make up for missing morning practice because I was deer hunting. 

PM2: 5 minutes later ran 4 sets of 1 minute hard, 2 minute hard, and 3 minute hard with 1 minute recovery in between each hard.

Did team relay 400s. I got paired with Shark. We beat the undefeated Arlen and Morgan. It came down to Shark and I vs my Dad and Zach. Shark ran like a 55 to win it at the last second.
