Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
AM- Weights and no running. My foot is feeling better so hopefully I can put in some good mileage the rest of the week.
PM- 40 Sandbergs. 2 with Marieta. Tried out the new Rincons. 7.26 miles
How are the Rincons?
