Ran about a mile then the pan came on. I walked/ran with Carter for a little bit. I don't know the solution to my calf/knee problem.

After a long week in Phoenix and no running on my leg. I ran to the high school then a little with the team. I was able to run 10+ minutes without my knee/calf hurting. Then the Odín came all at it once. I stopped and stretched. Tried to run home, made it half way before I had to walk.
