Ran suicidal tendencies with the team. I started hurting and wheezing right out the gate but felt better the more I ran. I ran 4 miles out then ran into Scottie and took off following him back. Then I ran back to catch the level 3 group. Amazing trail! It felt good to go fast after the top guys for the last 2 miles
