Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Been spending some time up north with my girlfriend. Helped her move to Logan. Finally back in town and time to get the legs moving again.
Temple Quarry with the track crew! Hurt my back somehow.
Just ran around for a minute.
Grass run with stadiums.
Track workout. 6 1 minute, 5 30 seconds, 6 1 minute.
Ran a little bit with the Freshman before I had to go to class.
Green Springs trail with some back pains. Ran with Landon and Tyler
