Woke up this morning and started throwing up. I ever food poisoned myself or spent too much time in the heat. I didn't make it to XC practice!
PM: Felt a little better so I ran 4 with Metler, Campbell, George, and Derek. Still feeling sick!
AM: 4.13 grass and striders with the crew.
PM: 3.25 in the heat around pv.
AM: 45 minute Hell Hole with Caleb, Jason, Isaac, Carter, Josh, and Ethan. 5.16
