Short-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran about a mile then the pan came on. I walked/ran with Carter for a little bit. I don't know the solution to my calf/knee problem.
Jogged around I guess.
Ran 10 minutes with Carter with some pain still.
