Qualify for Boston Marathon (Run a 2:55 marathon)
Run a sub 30 minute 8k
Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Veyo to Vernon. I was feeling pretty sick but kept a nice pace. 7:38 mi pace for 18 miles.
AM: 2 with the crew.
PM: 5 with Spencer.
3 by myself then 5.5 with Steve and Clinton.
AM: Easy 3
PM: 7 Hell Hole to Sandberg. Ran with Evan and Tanner.
AM: Sunrise Loop with Tyler, Tavon, and Tanner.
PM: Hit the Virgin river trail
